The call takes about 40 minutes. Arrive with rough material; we’ll do the shaping.

Two windows: one 90-minute interview and one shoot day. Everything else we schedule around them.

Whatever already exists
Slide decks, SOPs, binders, a recorded webinar. Messy is fine. It tells us what your learners already half-know.

The name of your LMS
And its admin contact. SCORM version and test access are settled on day one, not week six.

Fee questions, answered plainly
Q1What actually changes the fixed fee?
Length beyond 40 minutes, more than five interactive modules, extra languages, or a rewrite after filming. Each is priced above or quoted in writing before we begin it.
Q2How is payment split?
Half to start, half when your LMS accepts the course. We take card, ACH or check.
Q3Is the Curriculum really cheaper than three Single Courses?
Yes, by $940: three Single Courses come to $15,840, and the Curriculum starts at $14,900. We share one template, one narrator and one upload day.
Q4Can you work from content we already have?
Yes. Existing decks and manuals shorten the interview and sharpen the script. We still film new material, because recycled slides rarely hold attention.
Q5Who owns the finished files?
You do. SCORM package, source project, script and video masters are delivered at the end, so future updates don’t require us.
